How It Works

Squared Upstream, Uniform Every Time

The TPS 3-CS is a powered roller conveyor with three-sided squaring and a fixed back stop. As each bundle travels upstream, squaring plates align it on three sides while the back stop sets a consistent trailing edge — so every bundle arrives at the Optimus strapping machine perfectly positioned and dimensionally uniform.

Driven rollers keep product moving at production speed, making the 3-CS a simple, reliable front end for a fully automatic strapping line.
